Fit4MOM La Mesa families--you are invited to join Explorers by Nature for this exclusive offering created JUST FOR YOU.
Explorers and their grown-ups (guides) will engage in nature-inspired play-based learning, venture out on a little (toddler-friendly & led!) nature walk to connect with the outdoor space and perhaps even get a little messy. Come ready for an easy, child-led hike, movement/music and time spent together in community as we play, learn and explore together in the greatest classroom of all—the outdoors!
