"Bring a Friend to Class" week!
During session four of our Winter season, we'll engage in our "Wild Webs" lesson where we'll take inspiration from spiders in our play as we weave webs, mimic using sticky silk to catch bug figurines and engage in spider-themed sensory play!
The flow of our class will include Opening Circle, a Nature walk, Nature playtime and Closing Circle. We will begin with Opening Circle featuring music, movement and the discovery of local wildlife! From there, explorers and their grown-ups will venture out on a child-led nature walk around the easy dirt trails around the park. Upon our return to "Basecamp", children will engage in our invitations to play-based learning incorporating art, messy play, and sensory exploration to encourage explorers' creativity, learning, curiosity and discovery!
