Explorers by Nature Lantern Walk

Join Explorers by Nature for a magical Lantern Walk at Harry Griffen Park in La Mesa. Already have your own lantern? Bring it along and select the "BYO Lantern" option in the ticketing column. 

As families, arrive, there will be a Process Art Project setup for explorers and guides to create together, as well as books to share together. For our Lantern Walk event, we will gather together as a community to make lanterns, enjoy music, sing songs, share healthy snacks, and warm drinks.  As Lantern making time winds down, we will venture out for a special twilight walk around the beautiful trails of Harry Griffen Park! Our Lantern Walk path will take us through several trails in the park, to a special Pepper Tree that kiddos can climb up and explore underneath the canopy it provides, afterwards we'll hike back to our original meeting spot, so come ready for a walk!
